New Delhi: According to foreign policy analysts, Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal's first meeting with Indian Security Advisor Ajit Doval on his visit to New Delhi has symbolic significance.

Journalist Ghimire says Prachanda is attempting to send a message to New Delhi by having the citizenship bill passed by President Ram Chandra Poudel before traveling to New Delhi.
